About me

My fitness career started in 2000, working for some of the industries best know brands from Esporta to Nuffield Health. Having full P&L responsibility, launching flagship sites and driving revenue in struggling business, I've learnt a lot about fitness businesses.

I've worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2010, so have also learned a lot about real estate, contracts and leasing structures. This industry enabled me to discover a fab lease opportunity in Hoxton, London to open a family orientated gym business* My business partner Tim works FT onsite (He's the face behind reception), I deal with Budget, strategy, legal's, contractors etc.

Finding and negotiating a new lease is not an easy task, hence why I want to share my expertise with people looking to start their first gym business.

I'm not a qualified chartered surveyor registered with the RICS, but feel I've got all the first hand experience and knowledge needed to guide you on your first real estate journey.
